Resident District

How can we decide "legal parent district" if we have 3 parents listed on the IEP versus parent, relative, group home, etc. If all are listed as parents which district is resident district? |

However, if there are questions about this identified resident district and which parent is associated with that district, data entry personnel should refer these questions to the IEP team as per their applicable AEA procedures. |
