| Deb Chamberlin | 12/5/06 | With regard to written Length of Time between Consent and Determination, Data Entry Procedures - on Pg 1, Item 1a it states "If the student has received special education services previously, do not continue with these instructions." Is this an accurate statement? Does this mean if a student has an inactive IEP for speech, for example, and is being evaluated for classroom services, that we do not enter the consent information? |
