60 Day Timeline

Keely Ruby 2/6/07 In May of 2006 a Consent for Full and Individual went through for a student. It was entered on IMS. The student did not qualify for special education, plus the meeting to determine this was late, due to Summer Break. That info. was entered on the Child Demographics page, using the "Student Receiving an Evaluation, But Not Receiving and Individualized Education Program" form. In December 2006, another Consent for Full and Individual went through. This time the child was placed. Here is the question. Does the secretary override the preceding information on the Child Demographics page with this new entry? There is no "historical" entry for the 60 day timeline, as far as I know.

Toni Van Cleve 2/22/07 When a student has had a Full and Individual Evaluation and is not placed, the information would be entered as is described in the question. The entry of a second Full and Individual Evaluation would overwrite the first entry. The data in IMS would be the most recent FIE.
