Meeting Type
| Donna Dannar | 9/20/07 | Now that the "Amendment" Meeting Type (Plan Module) has been changed to encompass Part B only, there is no Meeting Type code to adequately define an IFSP written for "Change in Service" Which Meeting Type code are we to use in these situations? We have a large volume of IFSP's written to change services. Please advise. Thanks |
| Shelley Ackermann | 9/21/07 | The "Change in Service" meeting type was eliminated during the summer in anticipation of new IFSP forms. Ultimately it was decided that the state would continue using the old forms until the release of the Web IFSP. In light of this situation, the OGC has voted to reinstate the "Change of Service", "Change in Service Coordinator", and "Final Exit" meeting types for this year. |
