Serve Status

Patti Brown 10/31/07 I have a student who lives in Illinois attending Clinton for programming needs. In this case should the served status be N for neither? I need to know ASAP. Thank you. Patti

John Lee 11/06/07 Child is a resident of Illinois, so would have that as a resident information. The AEA would be = 00, which keeps the record out of Iowa's weighted and federal counts. The served status should NOT BE "N", "N" should only be used for the Malcom Price Lab School at UNI. "F" is the appropriate served status for children who reside out of state. In this case Illinois will report this student in their count.
