Change Code and Meeting Type
Patti Brown | 12/21/07 | When a student on an IFSP moves to another AEA and is known to be continuing, what is the correct code to use on the services screen. Also, what is the meeting type used on the plan screen for the exiting information? We have had a few discussions here, but no one seems to be 100% sure including our ECSE people. Thank you. Patti |
Shelley Ackerman | 12/24/07 | If a child on an IFSP moves to another AEA and is known to be continuing, code MAK (moved residence to another region, known to continue) is used. Meeting type used for exiting can vary. The exit may occur with a periodic review (P) if it does not coincide with an annual review (A). If it is not marked, use P. Federal statute does not require a formal exit meeting, so there is not a specific code for exit. |
