| Becky Ott | 3/11/08 | On the IFSP Summary of Service Page there is a section for speech codes. Are the staff supposed to be circling a code and then entering them on the severity screen? There are no goal codes to tie with the SDO's, what would we use? |
| Shelley Ackerman | 3/12/08 | For IFSPs ONLY, SDOs are not required and should be ignored by data entry staff. SDOs really don't relate well to children birth to three, and as you have noted, there are no goal codes. SDOs will be removed from future versions of the IFSP. |
