Full or Part Time Status

Shouldn't it be marked on the IEP, and what should be entered in IMS for support services only students - full or part time? |

The amount of time required to meet a preschool child's age appropriate educational needs is calculated to arrive at a weighted factor. The weighted factor shall be determined as follows: • Full-time ECSE instructional services shall include 20 hours or more of instruction per week. These students are given a weighted factor based upon the present weightedness for the appropriate level of service the child is receiving. • Part-time ECSE instructional services shall include up to 20 hours of instruction per week. These students are given a weighted factor based upon one half of the present weightedness for the appropriate level of service the child is receiving. |
