Changes to IMS
Effective April 28, 2009
The following changes, in preparation for the web IFSP, were moved over to IMS on April 28, 2009:
Fixes

- Bug on Departments screen when you picked from “Search” button. It would put a comma in the Pick and would not pull up the record.
Additions
-
- Office Location screen
- Attn: Permission to View/Edit/Add Office Location screen needs to be set up for each user
- Office Location lookup on Staff Demographic screen
- Service Profile screen: new fields
- Office Location screen
Training will be provided prior to each AEA coming on board with the web IFSP. So, AEAs do not need to do anything with the additions at this time.
Please contact the IMS Center, if you run into any issues in IMS due to the bug fix.
