System Defaults

I wanted to remind you that like the previous IEP/IFSP system there are 'defaults' that can be set for any new staff that you setup in the system.
This can be located under the 'System' link at the top right. And then under 'Defaults' under Admin Links on the left of the screen (see attached).
Defaults can be set for IEP, IFSP and IMS applications based on Access Level (Security Level). This would be for any new staff that you setup in the system. If you set the defaults based on their Access Level you won't have to go in and setup each newstaff member with permissions. They will update based on the defaults set for that Access Level.
Please note: You will still need to go in and update staff who already had accounts in the system with the new permissions.
