Special Education Resources that have moved to Iowa IDEA Information (i3) include the following:  Special Education Procedures (including Release Notes and Supporting Documents), Procedural Safeguards (including English, Translations, and Parental Rights Summary), Templates (including Surrogate Parent Recommendation, Manifestation Determination Guide, Records Destruction, and Communication Plan), WEF Matrix (including K-12 and ECSE), and IEP Forms (including Pages A-G for students who are transition age), IEP translations, and EER translations.
