| The requirements for the web IFSP were completed at the end of July 2008. This included the development of a common set of forms. Development or programming of the application began in the fall of 2008. Development was completed in the summer of 2009. |
| From September - December 2009, the application was piloted in Region 8, in addition to further testing by the web IFSP administrators. |
| In order to assist regions with their planning of the roll out, guiding questions were provided. Three (3) training and technical assistance events were held in January and February 2010. The statewide roll out of the web IFSP was completed by July 1, 2010. |
