What is the preferred way to enter transportation for a student attending a different district than their resident. Do you put transportation with the resident district (that keeps the student name on the student list of the IEP), or do we put it with the attending district so the student only shows in the attending district student list?

Annette Hyde 10/1/14 We have reviewed the previous guidance about coding for Junior Kindergarten programs and wanted to see if there is any change in guidance with the new ELI requirements. Our understanding is that any student receiving 1.0 funding for Junior Kindergarten will be expected to complete the universal screening requirements. Does this mean these students should be coded as 00 instead of PK?

Becky Ott 2/4/14 If we have a visually impaired student that needs a paraprofessional in the school but is not receiving any other specially designed instruction services, how does this child get weighted? Can the itinerant vision teacher be a weighted provider? Do we need to put in Specially designed instruction services and assign to "classroom teacher" or can the specially designed instruction be assigned to the itinerant vision teacher as a supplemental assistance?
