Several lists, both contact and e-mail lists for IMS data entry personnel, are used by the Center and the Iowa Department of Education.

IMS Data Entry Personnel

This is a listing of the data entry personnel and the district(s) he/she supports. To access this information click here.

State ID/Project EASIER

This e-mail list is used to communicate information about the State ID or Project EASIER.  It is used particularly at times when the State IDs need to be matched. To subscribe or unsubscribe to this e-mail list, click News Update.

State Operated Programs

At times, data entry personnel need to communicate with personnel in state operated programs.  To access the list of contacts for the state operated programs click here (5/18/17).

Level 6 Administrators

This e-mail list is used when communication from the Center or Iowa Department of Education needs to go to only 1 or 2 data entry persons in an AEA.  This e-mail list is maintained by the Center.  Please contact the Center when the Level 6 Admin in your AEA changes.

Department of Education
